Principal
As a lifelong entrepreneur, Randy’s career began with a software startup in the 1980’s that he helped grow into a global enterprise servicing the world’s largest plastic manufactures.
Randy is highly specialized in organization optimization, workflow management, and business operations. He has consulted for and successfully restructured distressed enterprises across multiple industries.
After completing his last consulting venture, he decided to leverage his years of experience and founded a company that would efficiently operate and connect investors to asset classes that would otherwise be inaccessible to them.
Since its founding in 2016, Smart Real Estate Investments, Inc. has invested over $100 million dollars for more than 300 clients.
Principal
Inspired by his father’s prospecting in real estate, Paul was intrigued with the mechanics of real estate transactions and went on to study accounting and economics at Berkley University.
After spending several years specializing in complex real estate audits at Deloitte, Paul founded his own CPA firm so he could focus specifically on real estate accounting.
Over the last 30 years, he has leveraged his expertise in transactional strategy and tax law as an advisor for hundreds of real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Paul advises on the strategic, financial, and tax implications of each transaction.
Executive Vice President
After graduating from college in 2016, Marc assumed the role of West Coast regional business manager at a startup. In this capacity, he spearheaded the successful introduction of new products and strategically drove sales growth across vertical and horizontal distribution channels.
Drawing upon his extensive management expertise, Marc was enlisted by SREI during its formative years to spearhead the management of local multifamily assets and support their national investment initiatives.
Marc specializes in investment management and executes critical tasks related to acquiring, managing, and disposing of investment opportunities.
He has developed a strategic investment blueprint that is implemented across SREI’s operational framework.
