I. Identify
Our acquisitions come from relationships built over decades, networks in our target markets, and inbound from sponsors whom we know and trust. We see hundreds of opportunities each year. We pursue a small fraction.
II. Verify
Every project is underwritten with a downside case first. We model cash flows, test our assumptions, and pressure-test the operator as carefully as the asset. The project you see is one we've already committed our own capital to. We invest in every project we bring to our investors to ensure our incentives stay aligned with yours.
III. Execute
Review offerings, sign documents, fund subscriptions, and monitor positions through our investor portal. You'll see what we see: quarterly reports, capital contributions, distributions, and K-1s organized in one place, available whenever you need it.
